Luther Burrell played international rugby for England and spent over a decade at the highest level of the Premiership, with over 200 appearances, five major honours and a Barbarians call-up.
He didn't just play. He studied what makes elite teams function, what breaks them, and what the gap between average and consistent looks like from the inside.
Since retiring from the game, Luther has delivered 150+ talks to some of the UK's most recognisable organisations, from RFU headquarters to Formula One garages.
As co-founder of F1rst Phase, he now works with leadership teams to build the cultural infrastructure that makes consistent performance possible, not just in the best of times, but when the pressure is highest.
